The Leadership Training Services (LTS) Club had a remarkable year, dedicated to nurturing the leadership potential of students and equipping them with essential skills for personal growth.
The LTS Club had a strength of 21 students from classes VI to IX actively participating in various club activities. The introductory class was based on the aims and objectives of the session. The action plan for the session was discussed. Swaraj Roy was elected as the Secretary of the Club. Training on leadership with group activities and games was conducted by the animators. Oratory skills were exhibited by the students during declamation on various speeches by renowned leaders like Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, and others. The students mentioned a few contributions of each leader to society and what inspired them about the leader.
Finally, the LTS Club members celebrated a heartwarming Children’s Day with the students of Kishalaya Primary School as a part of the Outreach Programme. The Club members had organized a fun-filled programme which included the song, dance, a magic show, and games. Gifts and snacks were distributed.
The LTS Club remains committed to its mission of nurturing leadership potential and empowering individuals to become agents of positive change.
